Privacy Policy

Axis Onyx operates the OnyxJobs recruitment terminal in the United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the platform. Questions? Email privacy@axisonyx-jobs.com.

We collect only what we need to run the terminal:

• Account data — name, email, phone, password hash, role, and language preference.
• Profile data — CV, work history, skills, sector, salary expectations, and verification documents (talent); company details, trade license, and contacts (employers).
• Usage data — pages viewed, searches, matches, and device/log data used to secure and improve the service.
• Transaction data — credit purchases and unlock history (we do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our processor).

To create and secure your account; compute matches and rankings; show and unlock dossiers on intent; process payments; provide support; send service messages; meet legal obligations; and detect fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Talent directory profiles are masked by default — identifying contact details are revealed to an employer only after a deliberate unlock. You control your public visibility from your profile settings at any time.

We share data with processors who help us operate (hosting, database, payments, analytics, email), bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms; with employers/talent only as required to deliver the service you requested; and with authorities where the law requires it.

We keep personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion as described below.

Subject to UAE law, you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Manage most of this in-app, or email privacy@axisonyx-jobs.com. You may also review active devices under Account → Sessions.

We use encryption in transit, row-level access controls, scoped credentials, and least-privilege server functions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in-app and on our What's New page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
