Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your credentials confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

OnyxJobs provides recruitment tooling — job and talent discovery, AI matching, pipelines, and unlock-on-intent dossiers. Match scores are decision-support, not guarantees of hiring outcomes, suitability, or employment.

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful listings or profiles;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute data, including unlocked contact details, outside the intended hiring purpose;
• circumvent credits, access controls, rate limits, or security;
• upload malware or infringe others' rights.

Certain features (such as dossier unlocks) consume credits. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Unless required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once used. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to host and process it to operate the service. The platform, brand, and software remain the property of Axis Onyx.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Axis Onyx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the platform or its users. You may close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute.
